The breakfast items are fresh and amazing. They also serve lunch. The outdoor seating is also fabulous.

I have not yet tried it, but the reviews and the proximity are amazing.
Hubba Hubba Smokehouse
Had lunch here. The collard greens were THE BEST and the Salted Caramel Banana Pudding was out of this world.
